What is Pro Support?

Tech:Ex Pro Support provides proactive and ongoing support to you every working day;

  • Full telephone support anywhere in the world*
  • Full unattended remote access to your systems through our partner provider Rescue Assist*
  • Onsite support visits, preferential 50% discounted rates (covered under quotation upon request)
  • Structured scheduled 12 month remote maintenance plan consisting of:
    • Annual health check of all systems**
    • Carry out all required FREE software updates
    • Recommendations for hardware upgrades and additions
    • ‚ÄčLiaising with core technology providers on support issues


**After the annual remote health check we supply you with detailed report, based upon a simple "traffic light system", giving you a summary of all work carried out, advised and critical maintenance work (click here to view sample report)

*Support is delivered during 9am to 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday

The Costs to You

The costs of providing this service depend on the number of studio/ simulator rooms you have at you facility. In summary;

1 studio £125 + VAT 
2 to 3 studios £250 + VAT Support Contract period is 12 months
